Tuesday the 7th is surgery day. I won't find out the time till the evening before. It sounds like it's going to be pretty easy, and he's pretty sure it can be removed by lap. instead of the "old fashion way". My mom came through and will be babysitting so that's one less worry, and she will be be off the day after as well so that I'm not totally alone to do everything that fast. I'll be on driving restrictions till at least Friday. That's when my first follow-up will be. He said to expect the first week to be laid back and be light duty type things. No lifting anything heavier than a gallon of milk. This should be fun. At least my driving restriction is only like those first 3 days....
So I have a lot to do before it all happens. I'm getting farther on my list. Tomorrow I'm going to do some major grocery shopping so that next weekend I can just have my husband pick up a few things. He kills us the rare times I've had him pick things up. It would be like sending a child to get groceries. Except I truly think that Kristopher would do better. He at least picks out veggies and healthy things.
Good luck Michelle!!!
ReplyDeleteWell, I didn't get a chance to ask about the PCOS connection today. But it wouldn't surprise me one bit that one of the symptoms of PCOS can also aggravate the gallbladder.
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
