I'm still surviving. It's REALLY hard to try to track every single thing. I loaded my fitness pal app on my phone, so that has made it kinda easier. And, you can add friends and support each other. So if you are trying to lose weight, or just lead a healthier lifestyle, check it out. I really like it.
Today I managed to stay just a few below the 1200 calorie mark. I also walked for the 2nd day in a row with the kids. We walked pretty steady for around half hour thru the park and to and from school. It helps that it's spring time. I also drank a TON of water today. I'm going to avoid the scale till Wednesday though. Weigh in only once a week.
Tomorrow Kristopher is going to spend the night with my parents. Since we moved, he makes this a pretty regular event. Once, sometimes twice a month. And if we get close to a full month, he gets highly upset and begs and pleads to go. It's been a little while, so I said it's fine for tomorrow. And, it's the first weekend since fall that it's going to be nice, warm and he can be out to play. I know he misses that. While he is gone, I'm going to catch up on some projects around here, and hopefully go out with my husband for some kind of adventure. We use to go around just to discover new places and explore. We don't do it as much because 1, of the gas prices. And 2, sometimes it's really complicated with Kristopher along. He always needs to know where we are going, what we can do there, and if we change it up last minute, he is all annoyed. So we tend to check places out first so there is not the disappointment.
