Vet appt

Well I missed all the excitement there. They took the bunny into a different room because of Zoey along. They asked permission a few mins later to sedate her. Of course I said that was fine. So they gave her the gas kind since they typically do not deal with "exotic pets" and she came out of it 3 times before they were finished. So lets say she's a little drugged right now. She's being really nice and let me hold her for about 10 mins when we got home. Her teeth are trimmed enough that she should be able to start eating the hay, and they recommended some items to look into for chewing. If she starts eating her hay and chewing things, she might prevent anymore appts. I'm hoping I can get her to do that.
Zoey is doing great and finally got her shots that were due in November. She was terrified to go in seeing as the last time I took her in, she got left there for the day. She put her breaks on and I had to push her into the exam room. Once see realized she wasn't being tortured, she laid and just looked around. We talked again about her food and both agree that it's best to do one more switch, so she is soon switching to California Naturals Chicken and Rice. Should help more with the sensitivity and the skin issues. She's extremely flaky. They also want me to start adding a little yogurt in her diet. She can have either plain or vanilla, organic with probiotics. I'm sure she will love it. So, one trip over. I think I'll go hold the psycho bunny while she's still sort of high and being so nice.
