Survey from Monday

I forgot to share this on Monday. At my appt, they had more info that was requested from the study coordinators. I had to fill out this survey about how infertility issues effect my life. My husband also got a copy that needs filled out and returned at the next appt. It was interesting. He hasn't done his yet, but I'm curious to see what he says...
I'm copying the list on here because it was kind of interesting to see it written there. And somehow made me feel a little better because a lot of my feelings are common or they wouldn't be on this list.

So here it is:
1. How would you rate your health? (checked boxes were very poor-very good and everything in between)
2. Are you satisfied with your quality life? (very dissatisfied-very satisfied)

  1. Obviously they had a real live infertile contributing to make that list. Cause I don't think fertiles realize how devastating IF if the "take my kids" comments are anything to go by.
