Pretty sure I'm getting a cold

Just in time for meds to start tomorrow. My throat is sore, my head feels like it's about double size and my nose feels like it's about next to start with issues. Why it has to be now, I have no freaking clue. K is still struggling with his and I know his started very similar. I've been giving him mucinex and that's working. I'm not sure if I should just wait it out and suffer, or start the zicam. I don't want to do take anything and have to wonder if it messed up or interfered this time. For now I'll just go to bed early and maybe wake up with no issues......

    I'd try to treat it if I were you. Mucinex (plain, extended release) can help the CM so that might be a plus. Stay away from sudafed if you can since I think it kinda dries things up. And Zicam has lot's of zinc in it and I think having plenty of zinc is good for infertility. Of course, you don't want to over do it, so maybe keep your dosages further spaced out. You'll need to be in good shape to keep up with your schedule.

    Thanks. Either one I will have to go back out today to buy. I have 2 Zicam left I think. I know that one says to start at the first sign of a cold....Should I wait on buying mucinex to be sure it's going to hit full force?
