I broke down and tested this morning because I have no self control. It was negative obviously.
I have all kinds of little things going on. Twinges, pains and boob pain. I know this can go either way and I'm leaning more towards period because I'm also craving junk food, and have the normal pre-period things for me. Usually I'm really tired before though, and for some reason now I have insomnia. I was up way too late again last night. I enjoyed some old friends episodes after midnight last night. I really miss that show!
This cycle has officially been the longest in the study. It's day 32. I wish I knew for sure when everything happened. I'm guessing I'll still make it to Friday's appt. If things start sooner, that saves me a long early morning drive. But secretly I hang onto hope that I'll go, and find out with their tests that it did work and get told that for once, that test is positive. Not likely but I can hope.
Sorry about the negative :(
ReplyDeleteI'm starting to lean towards you ovulated super late and maybe you still have a wait ahead of you.
You might ask you nurse if the apparently ambiguous spot on your ovary showed vascularization at your last u/s. A corpus luteum should show blood flow and vasculization and a follicular cyst doesn't (I miss my old u/s tech so badly). If they don't check for this, you might ask them why not (the machine may not do it).
I was watching a friends the other day and it was the episode where Rachel tells Ross she's pregnant and they get a trans vag u/s. My and hubby were both like, that is sooooo unreal! Why isn't the cord for the probe sticking out under the drape, and if you sit up you'll lose whatever the probe was pointing at! Oh, do I miss the days of innocence.
Yeah I saw that one recently and found it funny. No way I'd be trying to sit up like that!
ReplyDeleteAs for the u/s last time, the doctor did point out something and said there is the corpus luteum.
