Today was my u/s and blood work. They are swamped with trying to squeeze a bunch of us in this week because next week the regular nurse will be on vacation. So, it was the first time I ever had to wait more than 2 mins to go back and get started with everything. The usual weight/vitals/skin thing (forget what it's called...) and the journal check. She asked if I felt any signs of anything going on. I said to be honest I really don't trust what I feel anymore. We went over and the u/s shows that I definitely responded! Right ovary has a huge crater looking hole in it. He was very pleased and said it is definitely post ovulation and looks great. The lining looks "prefect" as well. So I know it did happen for sure. Most of the twinges and things I felt was prior to the wonderful yeast infection so I hope this worked. If it was after day 16, then I'm out of luck and will be pissed. So right now I'm just hoping with all I have that it was earlier than day 16 and that our timing was perfect. At least I know this is working now, and if it's longer than 28 day cycle, that it was missed because of the infection. Round 1 was 31 days, Round 2 was 27 days, and we will just wait now.
Today I've had a lot of cramping and achiness but I know that will go either way. So really, just waiting....
I'll have my blood work back tomorrow. IF things happened earlier than day 14, there would be a chance of that pregnancy test detecting something. IF. I can hope right??
