It showed in the middle of the night. Really horrible cramping and bleeding. I guess this is what a real period is suppose to be though. Plan is if we continue, stay on 100mgs, days 5-9. Back on day 21 for bloodwork and u/s and more wait. I'm not sure my plans yet.
