This may be my last post till after the move. Tomorrow will be pretty busy with last minute packing, and at 5pm, we get the keys! I have 2 cars loaded now, and there will be at least one more loaded and over before I give up tomorrow night. The goal for tomorrow is to have the kitchen unpacked and put away before I come back home. We will see how far that goes. I'll admit to being pretty OCD, so chances are it will be done.
Today I fought with my sewing machine for a good 4 hours. Something with the bobbin screwed up (while it was going so awesome) and now it's down till I can get it serviced. Whatever happened bent something in there I'm guessing. NOT what I needed. So I attempted to have my grandma help me out, but she's forgotten how to do things I guess and I didn't have the time to sit over there with someone watching over my shoulder. I fought with my old machine and got it working enough that I now have new curtains for my new bedroom. They aren't perfect, but I'm satisfied for now.
The hives/itching is crazy this evening. I had called the dr and had an appt set up, but then decided I'd just wait and try the benedryl first. It seems to help a little, and I have to fight back the urge to scratch. The hives fade if I do good with that. Tonight with the stress of things, it was horrible. I finally took my other dose of meds and did the cream again and I'm feeling happy again. I'm willing to bet a lot of it is stress. And that I'll suffer for a few more days.
I got your ovary in the mail the other day, finally! I looked all over town for poly mailers (not that I had to use a poly mailer, I just wanted them), but I failed for put it in a bubble envelop instead. Then I was going to write you a little note on a card and I was running late, so I decided to take the cards with me to work and I put them on top of the car while I strapped in M. Got a couple of miles down the road and realized that I forgot about the card... it's long gone now! Hehe. So I wrote it on regular note paper. Anyhow, she's in the mail and should arrive shortly!
ReplyDeleteI hope the move went well. It was apparently a weekend for moving since I know several people that did it this weekend.
