We're a few weeks away from the move now, and time seems to have stopped. I've gotten the kitchen organized here with what is staying for mom, and what is coming with us. My bedroom has become the stacking room for all the extras that is going to go. So lets just say I hate my room right now. Everything is out of place and I can't handle it. I'm ready to just get it all put away at the new place and be done. To relax. To be NORMAL for a change.
We have lots in line and ready. Kristopher has been registered at the new school. He goes on the 6th for a bus safety thing. He won't be riding a bus daily but they do it for all the kindergartner's because of field trips. So I'm glad we didn't wait or he would have missed out on that.
Today I called and got our stuff with comcast in order. I'm not happy with the changes since last time (prices) but I can't live without internet, and they have pretty much made it that the only reasonable option is their triple play packages. So we will have good tv, good internet and cheap home phone. Works out I guess but I'd have liked to have kept it with just internet and cable. We will have perfect signal there so I was hoping to skip the home phone and just use cell phones. But I guess in case of emergency's it's good to have a normal phone too.
We have our washer and dryer situation figured out and get those the day after we are in. I'm excited!
So really at this point there isn't much more left to do. I can't pack anything else till we're just about ready to go, so we're in limbo here.
Anything in the next few weeks is going to be about the move. Feel free to skip it because it will be craziness with all the stress of things.
