Busy week

Approaching 25 weeks in 2 days.  Also, foster daughter is moving out on Saturday.  I originally had mixed feelings, but after experiencing a few days with just the boys while she does some transition sleepovers, I completely feel the decision was in everyone's best interest.  We've had some great days together and they are so relaxed and happy.  The updates I've gotten say she is as well.  So it's all good.  I hope they can give her the help she needs, and get her to the goal of adoption.  It's definitely been quite the journey with her!

Baby related, Miss Keira is crazy active lately.  The weekly update thingy on facebook app says that she can hear now, and I 100% believe that!  When my husband comes home at night and starts talking, she gets pretty wild.  She's also getting very strong.  Still doing flips, because some days I feel movement that seriously feels like if I look down, I'll see feet hanging out of me.  Then, we had 2 nights ago where she was really high, and I had some hard core rib kicks.  Almost to the point of painful, causing me to jerk forward in shock.  Of course, this was also while trying to snuggle with Roxie, who looked confused at first, and tried to settle back in.  Then another would happen, and she would look back at my stomach, then give me the saddest puppy eyes.  After the 3rd one, she got down and went to the other side of the couch and stared at me like I was crazy.  I tried to get Kristopher to feel her moving that night, but he was scared to actually touch hard enough to feel and kinda just hovered his hand over.
I find all this movement so amazing this time around.  I know I enjoyed it with him, but I also know I took it for granted.  I was a lot younger, and never thought then that it may have been the only time.  So the fact we get to experience all this 9 years later after being told so many times it was never going to happen, is amazing to me.  The movements are so strong that I can watch my belly move, and some nights while we are watching tv together, I'll just sit there and stare at my stomach jumping all around, and be so much more amused than that tv could ever give.  I'm so thankful for this 2nd chance to experience it!  And she's quite the performer too!  :)
